Hello Everyone!

It is so easy to just grab a bag of crisps or a chocolate bar out of the cupboard, to satisfy your cravings. But why not fulfill yours cravings whilst being healthy and dong good to your body?
This post is all about DIY healthy snacks that are super simple to make!. Whether you are in a rush, or need something to keep you busy, there will be a perfect snack for you. Making a healthy snack is fun and also, so much more rewarding to eat a cookie or bag of crisps, because you don't feel guilty afterwards.

Apple Doughnuts with Almond Butter and Granola

To make these super yummy snacks, all you need to do is:
Using an apple corer (or a knife) cut out the core and chop the apple into circular slices and spread with almond butter and granola!

Strawberries with Natural Yoghurt and Shredded Coconut

To make these:
Put some natural yoghurt, shredded coconut and strawberries into separate bowls. Take the strawberries and dip them into the natural yoghurt and then roll into the shredded coconut. Super Simple!

Crackers topped with sliced tomato, salt and pepper and crushed garlic

To create this wonderful snack:
Get your desired cracker(s) (I recommend Ryvita!) and lay tomatoes on top. Meanwhile, crush one clove of garlic and use however much of it you want on top of the tomatoes. Then season with salt and pepper and enjoy!

Rice Cakes with natural yoghurt, peanut butter, almond butter and fruit

To make these:
Get some rice cakes and spread either Natural Yoghurt, Almond Butter and Peanut Butter on top. I like to use pure Peanut and Almond Butter as it is a lot better for you! For the Natural Yoghurt, I topped it with Mango, I topped the Peanut Butter with Banana and the Almond Butter with Blueberries!

Healthy Ice Pops

To make these:
Blend natural yoghurt, frozen berries, orange juice and medjool dates and pour into shot glasses. Cut a hole into an old sock and push over the shot glass. Stick a lollipop stick or chopstick in through the hole of the sock and fasten with an elastic band. Then leave in the freezer (preferably overnight) When they are frozen, run them under warm water for about 30 seconds to loosen them and then pull them out!

Homemade Hummus

To make this super healthy homemade hummus:
Put 1 tin of chickpeas, 1/2 a tin of butter beans, garlic, paprika, mixed herbs, coriander, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic salt into a food processor with a splash of milk and water. Blend and keep adding in natural yoghurt until it is at your desired consistency! Chop up some carrots or cucumber to dip in and enjoy!

I really hope you enjoyed this post and if you make any of these please take a picture ad send it to us on our Instagram katandelle!

See you soon,
